Shadow Pilot · 30 days · paid

Test it against your own data before anyone mentions deployment

Send historical exports. Nothing touches production, nothing gets installed, and no one on your team changes how they work. Thirty days later you have findings about your own operation, and you keep them whether or not you go further.

Why this shape

The objection that kills terminal software projects is not price. It is risk to the operational technology that already works. A Shadow Pilot removes that objection entirely by never touching it: we work from the exports your systems already produce.

No integration

Historical exports only. No connector, no agent, nothing for IT to approve or install.

No disruption

Production systems are untouched. Operations continue exactly as they are for the full 30 days.

You keep the findings

The output is a written analysis of your own operation. It is yours regardless of what you decide.

How it runs

  1. Scope call, 30 minutes. We agree which two or three systems to draw from and what questions the pilot has to answer. No deck.
  2. You send historical exports. Whatever your maintenance, tank-gauging and commercial systems already produce. Nothing bespoke.
  3. We build the join. Your records, connected, in the same governed timeline the platform uses.
  4. Findings, in writing. What the joined record shows that the separate systems could not, measured against the questions agreed on day one.
  5. You decide. Proceed, or stop with the findings. Pilot cost credits toward a licence if you proceed.

What it is not

-
Not a free trial. It is paid, scoped and time-boxed, because free pilots get no one's attention internally.
-
Not a proof of concept that runs forever. Thirty days, defined success criteria, a decision at the end.
-
Not a replacement for anything. Your existing systems remain the system of record throughout.

Where it came from

The platform was developed and operationally validated through a paid pilot with a major Scandinavian tank-storage operator, built against real terminal workflows and operational data rather than assumptions. The Shadow Pilot is that same process, made repeatable and made safe to say yes to.
